Bellevue Café
After 16 wonderful years in Kloof, Ballito is now home to Bellevue Café. Located at Lifestyle Centre, this café lives by a simple creed: Birthplace: Earth. Race: Human. Politics: Freedom. Religion: Love. It’s more than a slogan; it’s how the café is run. Everyone has a seat at the table, and it’s built as a space to slow down and connect, whether over a quick business coffee, a long lazy lunch, or an easy dinner with friends. The menu leans into relaxed, generous dining with freshly baked pastries, hearty breakfasts, comforting pastas, flavourful grills and fresh café favourites. It’s comfort without heaviness, flavour without complication. The wine list follows the same philosophy, with carefully chosen local labels made for lingering. Few things beat a crisp glass of rosé on a warm North Coast afternoon. For first-time visitors, the wood-fired pizza is the order to place. Baked in a Pavesi oven, it’s what made Bellevue a Kloof institution, and it pairs beautifully with that glass of wine.

Burgers are just the beginning; the menu also features mouth-watering beef ribs, tacos, nachos, wings, fajitas, monster shakes and delicious waffles. Pizzaboyz
Meet your new pizza obsession. Quality ingredients, bold flavours, and a perfectly crafted base create the signature square pizza that’s made for sharing. With two stores now open in Ballito, Zimbali Oasis and on Compensation Drive, it’s easier than ever to get a pizza fix. From a quick lunch to family dinners, Friday night feasts or a table full of friends, there’s always a reason to bring people together over great pizza. Its square pizzas are made to be different: generous, delicious and packed with the kind of flavour that keeps you coming back for another slice. For those new to the brand, Pizzaboyz is not a traditional pizzeria. It was built on the idea that pizza should be fun, flavourful and made for everyone. The atmosphere is part Italian street-café, part neighbourhood hangout. It’s the kind of place where you can pop in for a quick slice after the beach, settle in for a long family dinner, or order a stack to share while watching the game. The square shape isn’t just for looks; it means more of the good middle slices, easy sharing, and great value. Beyond pizza, the menu offers flavour-packed sides, indulgent desserts and a selection of drinks, making it a one-stop spot for an easy, satisfying meal.

Bowl & Brew
A fresh, feel-good addition to the North Coast, located in Lemon Reef Park. It has been opened by two brothers with a simple idea: a place where great frozen yoghurt, quality coffee and community spirit can all live under one roof. The atmosphere is bright, playful and instantly welcoming. Soft pink and lime green walls, wooden tables and glowing neon signs create a cheerful, Instagram-worthy space that feels both new and nostalgic. Some of their treasured pieces are from the original WakaBerry stores, including the iconic neon signs, the white table tops and the much-loved topping bar. At its heart is the interactive froyo zone, with self-serve soft-serve machines and a fully loaded toppings bar where guests can build their own bowls, from froyo to waffles, plus indulgent froyo shakes and iced coffees in flavours like Salted Caramel and Spanish Latte. Yoghurt flavours change every three days, with toppings rotated bi-weekly, so there is always something new to try. The café is proudly pet-friendly and even sells pup cups in-store. Everything they stock in-store, apart from the sweets and drinks, is on consignment and locally made, a deliberate choice to help the small local businesses around them.
